Am I Still Acting Like a Child

“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”
1 Corinthians 13:11 (KJV)

This verse from the Book of Corinthians , speaks to an issue that man has faced at times in history but never to the level as it is today. We have by wanting to make life easier created several generations that have not learned what is a need versus a desire . What one needs to do to quick needs fulfilled, or what you as a person have a right to demand as a common person. First Jesus taught us that nothing is an entitlement and everything is able to be such as life everlasting. When many of us were children we had to begin adult life duties at about 10-12 years of age. Now children are taught that until they graduate High School They feel that every school day should be about them. That whenever they fail to do something it is some one else's fault as they have no sense of responsibility. But then you meet the young person that breaks the mold and is so responsible  that you know that they all understand it they just have been trained to put forth the greedy spoiled child and wait , they know we love them. But what a wonderful world awaits them when they finally act like an adult.

You see you might be any age and still need to grow up and be a man.
