Because He Lives: Humble, Pray and Seek his Face

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)

How do we seek the Lord , do we challenge him to do something? 

       We must humble ourselves , ask for his help from a position of total humility and admit we       

cannot solve our own issues.

How do we seek the Lord, do we not admit we have failed?

        Admission of our failure is the key to allowing him into fix our issues and us.

How do we seek the Lord , do we stop or sins and repent?

         If we don't stop the sins and change our waves , we will be right back were we started and the Lord does not waste his time.

How do we seek the Lord, do we praise his name?

         We should praise him for all results because they are his will not ours

How do we seek the Lord , do we really listen for his response?

          We cannot pray and not listen for him to speak to us . It night not be what  we want to hear but it will be the right way.
