The Daily Reminder

  A long time ago a family friend was trying to explain to me how he everyday knew Jesus was here for him. We sat on our porch and he said " Chuck what was the first thing you noticed this morning?"  I said as usual "I don't know" . He said when you come out of the house every morning God tell you that he is real, he allows the sun to lighten the day. I had forgot this conversation for years until the other day when it was a beautiful sunny morning and I was taking the grandsons to school and one of them said "Why does the sun come up" and I remembered. I told him that the Sun comes up so the SON can shine on his life. Then explained that the two are not really different. He got it and later that day I heard him telling his brother about it.
