I am Because He Lives: God gave his Son and that's all that matters

This week I was struggling with a bout of the flu and dealing with companies that lacked understanding of the human plight. So as I turned to the Bible this verse of the day popped up.

I thought about why I view things the way I do. I have never put my needs above anyone else's. Even though at times this has made me be less happy and at times threatened my life and happiness in the future. But , God gave us this life to help others to understand him and see the great gift he has given. We are only implements of his plan and therefore if we stay true to his ideals we will be okay in the long term. ;

That being said it is very hard to always struggle and to have others around you have access to things that your family would love to do and can't . I try to explain to my Grand Kids why those people that are mean and nasty , do not treat others well, will sometimes get more than them but they will be better off in the long run for it. So I hope that I have reached them I am not always sure but for the most part they listen and let it sink in. 

So pray for me and mine as we face the world on a different path then many but the one Jesus laid out for us . We will always be the like the popular sign says

"As for me and my family we will always seek the Lord. "
