I am Because He Lives: Hide me under the shadow of thy wings,”
This is a prayer to the Lord God to keep us safe evil and harm. Manly times we forget to ask for his help in dealing with issues that are too big for us to get our hands around. Of late I have had several health issues some long term conditions and some just as simple as a bad bout of the flu. But stubborn me I kept trying to do it my way instead of letting Jesus lead the way.
So , the purpose of this simple prayer or song is that we need you Lord to keep us safe and make me like you in as many ways and you want me to be.
Keep me safe and let me know I am safe because I am weak and forget how much you love me at times.
